CALL FOR ABSTRACT

Pertemuan Ilmiah Nasional PERDOSSI (PIN) committee invites you to submit your abstracts of original research/ case report which are related to the main topic of the congress. The Scientific Abstract Reviewer Committee will evaluate and select the abstracts based on quality, clarity and relevance on main topic.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION & GUIDELINES

General Policies

  1. Poster will be displayed on November 6TH – 7TH, 2020 and all poster presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters for discussion with the jury and participant.
  2. Oral Presentation will be held on November 7TH, 2020.
  3. The deadline for abstract submission is September 1ST, 2020.
  4. Abstracts submission will only be received online through website: pinperdossi2020.com
  5. Faxed or mailed hard-copy abstract or abstract sent on disc/CD will not be accepted
  6. The Scientific Abstract Reviewer Committee will evaluate and select all abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentation.
  7. All poster participants must be registered as symposium participant and have completed their registration and payment processes.
  8. Best oral and poster presentation will be announced and rewarded in the congress on November 8TH, 2020.

Abstract Format Guidelines

  1. Written in English (Clear with accurate grammar and spelling of a quality suitable for publication)
  2. Abstract titles should be concise and should not contain abbreviations Please use Title Case and make sure to bold the entire title. Example : Title of Abstract (Times New Roman, Bold, Size 14, Flush center)
  3. Author First name (s) or initials of first name (s) followed by family name. Afiliation details of all authors: Department; institution/hospital; city; ountry. Example : Presenting Author1, Co-Author2, Co-Author3 (Times New Roman, Size 12, Flush Center, Underline Presenting Author) 1Institution of Author, 2Institution of Author, 3Institution of Author (Times New Roman, Size 12, Flush Center, Underline Presenting Author)
  4. Body

a). Supported file format is Microsoft Word
b). Font : Times New Roman, Size: 11 in single line spacing. Except for the first line, the text should be intended from the left margin by 10mm.
c). Abstracts must not exceed a 250 word limit. The word limit relates only to the text of the abstract and does not include title, authors and institutions.
d). Tables and figures are not allowed to be included in the abstract.
e). The abstract should be concise and present the background, objective, method, result and conclusion.

Poster / E-Poster Format Guidelines

  1. The poster to be presented are in the form of poster / e-poster.
  2. The poster / e-poster session will be held according to the schedule of the committee.
  3. The size of the poster is 90 x 120 cm.
  4. The letter and illustrations on the poster should be readable from a distance of at least 1 meter.
  5. The size of the e-poster is 1920×1080 px with minimal resolution of 300 ppi in portrait orientation.
  6. Format of The e-poster: .jpg / .png
  7. The full name and office of all authors and co-authors(name of organization, institution, university or office) must be mentioned.
  8. Participants must be present at posters / e-posters assessment by the jury
  9. The poster / e-poster presentation will be conducted for 5 minutes each, with 3 minutes Q&A.
  10. Paticipants must upload e-poster before October 15TH, 2020 through website: pinperdossi2020.com
  11. Participants must provide 5 copies of full text for the committee.

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  1. Oral Presentation will be presented by Power Point (.ppt / .pptx format)
  2. Participants have 10 minutes to present and have 5 minutes to discuss
  3. Paticipants must give the file presentation to committee 1 day before presentation (in usb flash drive)
  4. Participants must provide 5 copies of full text for the committee.
